Congratulations! You have managed to make your way to my neck of the Internet.  May this be by mistake, design, or derision, I am pleased to meet your e-acquaintance and hope that you enjoy your stay.  There are towels and fresh linens in the closet.  Dinner is served promptly between 5:00 and 7:00 PM on an irregular basis.  Smoking is strictly prohibited, as is quoting Shakespeare out of context.

With the house rules out of the way, let's get down to business, shall we?

 

My name is Kristen and Forever In Tangent is my blog.  I write about what fancies me - from my relationship with media to my love of cupcakes to geektastic dialogues and reviews.  You can also find some of my travel ramblings and video from a 2009 trip to Northwestern China at Champlain Goes to China.

From 2009 to 2011, I started each entry with a word from my handy-dandy GRE Vocabulary Guide in an attempt to gain a little perspective on and add a little structure to my tangents.  In 2012, I took the GRE and started graduate school, meaning there are plenty of words left to type and miles to go before I sleep.  Just not enough to start a blog entry with anymore.

[Sorry.  That was a rash Frost allusion.  Back on track now.]
